Motta & Rossi is specialized in metalworking, especially in working steel tubes (stainless steel and carbon steel) and aluminium tubes.
Thanks to the wide range of well equipped machines available and to the internal workshop, the whole working process is carried out inside the company with full control over quality and precise and punctual delivery times.
An advanced IT service classifies and traces every single piece with the possibility of identifying the production lot it comes from at any time.
Tube and metal cutting
All possible tube cutting options are available thanks to the machine equipment consisting of 11 blade sawing machines and 2 specific laser cutting machines.
It is possible to work tubes with a minimum diameter of 8 mm up to a maximum of 150 mm.
Bending, pressing and tapering
Tube bending, pressing and tapering are done by innovative and advanced CNC machines with minimum tolerances on the bending angle.

A painting area of over 6.000 square meters with a 3 stage pre-treatment plant including 3 colour boxes, extremely flexible in terms of colour change during the whole working cycle.
